eZ Publish Web Development Environment on Docker

If you adopt the latest technologies like developing and running applications in containers such as Docker, then you should have a look at a new repository by eZ Partner Kaliop. They shared their Web Development Environment, based on Docker, which “contains all the Docker images and build files needed to create and use an eZ Publish Development Environment.” The environment and Docker images are very well documented and contain components packaged together  such as a web server, solr, varnish, and mysql.

Update from the eZ Community Board

The eZ Community Board had its regular meeting this week, and discussed the continuation of a Community Edition, and opening it up to contributions. During the meeting, initial plans were set for this Community Edition, such as setting up a repository and documenting the components the release will be based upon. Stay tuned for more information about this in an upcoming blog post, where we will ask for your feedback.

CrossDomainRouter for eZ Platform

As eZ Platform is being developed, we share tips, documentation, and other resources that could be valuable to our ecosystem.
