Symfony2 turns five, Symfony 3.2 continues the momentum

eZ platform and eZ Studio are built on top of the Symfony framework. This week, Jani Tarvainen - Professional Services Consultant at eZ - provides us with some history and an important milestone for the Symfony project.

“Late in 2015 the Symfony project as a whole celebrated it's tenth anniversary. Another significant milestone is reached in July 2016 as Symfony2, the second major iteration celebrates it's fifth anniversary. Five years is a long time in IT, but even more so in web development.”

Security advisory: Disclosure of collected info from information collector

After last weeks news on the Httpoxy vulnerability, a new security advisory concerning a disclosure of collected info from information collector has been published on share.ez.no. Check out the advisory for affected and resolving versions, including a fix available on GitHub.
