1/ Event planner

Done. Thanks to hard work from Gilles and preparations by Steven.
Will be launched this week (according to plan) - twitter block missing but not considered a blocker.
Launch planned next Monday, preparation in hidden mode until then.

2/ Forum notifications

Survey was posted by Robin: http://share.ez.no/blogs/share.ez.no-team/survey-should-you-receive-the-entire-message-or-just-a-link-for-notifications
We were keeping this open until this current date/meeting. Results are 15 votes “Yes” and 2 votes “No” → we stick to the current way of notifying people.

Decision:

Current results: 19 votes “No” and 9 votes “Yes”. Some votes were empty.
→ We need to change this in the notification system. Sensed as a generic feature, should be pushed as a Feature in eZ Roadmap.

Action [Robin] : Close the two surveys (closing the forms themselves + adding a note in the related posts), extract the results, and publish a summary blog-post.
Action [Robin] : Create the feature in eZ Roadmap.

3/ Job Board

Discussion brought-up good points.

The discussion tends to lean towards integrating an external solution.
An example solution of private job board based on jobamatic.com is this one :

Philippe proposes an open-source solution : http://www.jobberbase.com/features/

Robin : we can test-drive an integrated 3rd-party solution for a few months, and roll-back to an eZ Publish-based solution if not satisfactory.

Additional criteria :

possibility to post a job for free,
possibility to charge in the future if we want to change this,
