Hi!

Is there an easy way to hide the content so only the editor can see it? - something like "published" checkbox in Drupal? - I'm an admin, and i gave editor rights to some subtree to my colegue. So she would like to edit it without anyone to see this content. When the content is ready, she clicks "make it visible" or something like that, and anyone can see it.

What is the best way to do this? - is there a plugin? - section? - new class?

Tnx

Hi Ivan,
there are a few ways you can go about this:

1. She can simply click 'Store draft & exit'. She can then later return to this draft via 'Dashboard > My drafts (left hand side menu)'

2. If the you want to toggle visibility for an item that has already been published, you can do so by clicking on the icon next to the object name and selecting 'Advanced > Hide/unhide'.

Hi again,

I'm may have mis-understood what you are trying to do. To hide content internally (ie. not just from the public, but from other editors/users) I would:

- create a new section (i.e. Hidden Content)
- create a new role; copy the existing editor role and adjust read access to include the new section
- assign the the new role to her account

The other notes still apply of course.

cheers,
Ben
