This should not happen if you use 2012.5, migrated to the ezpublish5-branch like explained in the installation doc. What is your eZ Publish legacy version ? Did you migrate it ?
This happened to me doing a fresh install from github without adding the ezpublish5-branch... that's it, not migration from 2012.5 or anything else.

Quote from Jérôme Vieilledent :Quote from Paul Leclercq :How about the community version? Yhere was no CE release in june for the first time in a year. Are the CE releases going to continue at least until the release of eZ5?
As for the June release, this is not related to eZ Publish 5 development. Maybe Nico or Maud can talk about it ?
As far as I know, CP releases will continue before and after the release of eZ Publish 5.
This question/concern has been raised a few times:
It should be noted that there have been detailed and prompt responses from eZ System members in various parts of this thread with assurances that releases and pull requests would continue - so they have not been silent about this topic by any means.
In light of the lack of a 201206 release, could a member of eZ Systems or a member of the Community Project Board make a statement about the intended future release schedule if the monthly releases are not expected to continue?

As far as I can tell, there is absolutely no intention to slow down on Community Project releases. The 1 release a month rythm will be maintained, but still depends on the community _ and Nico's _ efforts.
When eZ Publish 5 will be the default version on the community project hasn't been decided at all yet, but it clearly is too early to do that.

I'm totally supporting the idea of backing ezpublish on symfony2, as i really love the framework.
Still, i was curious on how the project is prioritized from ez's side, as there was discussion about the senior management involvement going on...
Have a look at the following graph, showing the commit's to the ezpublish5 project: https://github.com/ezsystems/ezpublish5/graphs/commit-activity (although this graph only shows the amount of commit's, not their actual contribution to the project...)
Anyways, in my experience, this still looks more like a "let's give it a shot"- decision, rather than a full commitment to integrating symfony2. Still, i'm not saying that this is a wrong approach, and i understand the importance of maintaining ezp4.
Anyways, i couldn't find a Roadmap or any strategic statement about ezp5.
Please prove me wrong!

Hi
If you're looking for activity, you're watching the wrong repository
. Have a look at ezp-next repository where API and bundles reside
(API is here, Bundles are there, MVC stack here and the legacy integration there). As for the ezpublish5 repo, it is more a meta one (like Symfony standard edition for instance).
So yes, we know that it's more like "let's give a shot". A lot more. And we're working very hard to bring you a new shiny eZ Publish. And yes, definitely yes, everyone at eZ Systems is involved, including senior management.
As for the roadmap, the main goal is to port the maximum of features to the new stack, starting from the demo design... The roadmap will be clearer when the first alpha is out (end of august).
