Hey N,
its a simple dropdown. The content from your sub-structure is just important. At least you could use any dropdown menu. For instance the suckerfish implementation needs ul li structures and other implementation do also. But for sure you will be able to use a div for your "big data" needs

Probably you already used that search option? Otherwise i can advice you to give it a development on your own. Hope this helps you.

Thanks for your answer and yes I have looked at those already.
I have used an old extension called topdrop to do a standard dropdown menu but I'd hoped that someone had developed a packaged menu that works like play.com
I guess i'll have to experiment

Hey Neo,
well lets say that this is one big disadvantage of eZ publish. Most stuff does not work 'out-of-the-box'. So that you always have to experiment.
Thats a disadvantage if you want to satisfy new desvelopers to use your system. For my thats not so important. To be honest: You always have to experiment and there is always at least a minute of experimentation.
