OE - disable "Disable editor" button

Is it possible to disable the "Disable editor" button in OE, and how?

As I know eZ Publish doesn't give you possibility to block this, but you can make an override for templete witch is used by eZ Publish for XML block (edit view).

It is supported in next version with a policy to control it, until then do like Radek suggests.
