USER and Newsletter-system problem with CJW newsletter

Hi All , when i log in as "admin" i have all the functionality of newsletter and i can see the newsletter-system and its sub-items as a tree in the left menu (when i navigate to newsletter tab of course)BUTwhen i log-in as another user which has the same power as admin about newsletter, i cannot see the newsletter-system as a tree in the left menu ! (I have all posibilities like creating and sending newsletter)why is it so ? any help ?Thanks in Advance
