<strong> vs <b> and <em> vs <i>

eZ XML stores <strong> and <emphasize>.  These are translated into <b> and <i> in both the legacy stack (through the templates in content/datatype/view/ezxmltags/) and the new stack (through https://github.com/ezsystems/ezpublish-kernel/blob/master/eZ/Publish/Core/FieldType/XmlText/Input/Resources/stylesheets/eZXml2Html5_core.xsl#L134)

Our clients are increasingly focused on semantic accuracy and would prefer <strong> and <em>.  I know this is easy to override. However, should we be making that the default functionality, at least for the new stack?  I'd be happy to submit a very small pull request for this, but I figured I'd bring up the topic first in case there's some relevant history to this.

None that I know of, so feel free to open a PR and we can discuss the pros and cons perhaps with Petar who is building up the RichText FieldType which eventually will replace XMLText. (short: similar concept, but uses standard docbook as internal format, has stronger focus on semantics, and allows for transformation to several formats out of the box, so be aware that we might decide to not change XMLText and instead only do the change in RichText to avoid any breaks for XMLText, even if minor)
