Connection reset error on copying ezpublish website to localhost

Hi,

I am trying to setup a local copy of an ezpublish website. I copied the files, imported the DB and cleared the cache. I also made changes to site.ini.append file to make it connect to the local database and changed the site url as localhost/sitename. However, when i open this site, it says the connection was reset. What could be the problem?

Hi Kiran,  

Check your eZ Publish logs (var/log/error.log) and web server logs first - you'll often find clues in there.

If that doesn't work, reply with some more details about your setup (OS, eZP version etc).
