I just created my first eZ Publish site at http://www.smicarr.com using 3.9 and the new website interface (like you can't tell). Everything seems to be functioning great except for the feedback form in the Contact section. The end user gets no sort of warning or anything, and sent messages are stored in the Collected Information area, but e-mails are never sent.
I have the mail transport set to "sendmail," and I've tried using an smtp server as well, but it doesn't seem to be working. I've got debug turned on, but I'm just feeling lost. Any suggestions?

Shouldn't e-mails sent from the feedback form go to the recipient specified in the form's editor? I got e-mails to go through now, but they go to the admin address and not the recipient address. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a bug? Is there a way to change this?

This is fixed in the next version of the website interface.
