Hi. Some of our customers are reporting us a strange issue with ez online editor after they upgraded to firefox 11. there's no problem with other browsers at all, so it seems to me it's not a ez online editor issue.
if fact, i would like to know if some of you (or your customers) are experiencing the same... because we have this problem now with two different customers and the problem has appeared just hours ago...
The thing goes like this. when i enter to edit a content, tinymce part seems to be blank. no text is showed, just like this pic
http://tinypic.com/r/20iw5j4/5
but, disabling the editor, the text is there...
an the funny thing if i just make the tinymce textarea a little bigger , the text shows without any problem....

So, anyone experiecing the same? please let me know.
btw, both projects are ez publish 4.4. installations.

The problem seems to be in ezoe < 5.4.0 after the Firefox relase earlier this week (to version 11).
I upgraded the online editor where this became a problem, to the one buddled with eZ Publish 4.6 (version 5.4.0) and there the problem was solved.

Hi,
depending of the design... this workaround will work... or not.
In our case, it works on the eZ Backend, but not on the frontend.
If it doesn't work for you, you can resize the mceLayout elements (using jQuery for example)
Hope it help...

@Laurent: hum interesting and a bit surprising. Actually the patch is a backport of a change done in TinyMCE 3.4.6 itself... if you have time, it would be interesting to test Online Editor 5.4 or 5.5 to see if the problem still occurs with one of this version.

Hi there, we have just discovered the problem with Firefox 11, On Ezpublish 4.1.3 Community Edition, running Ezoe 5.0. I have not yet had to apply a patch since I started with Ezpublish; what is the procedure for doing this?
Cheers
