Anybody? If anybody has another solution to add new translation (by add to database directly or by command) I will be thankful. I'm kind of hurry now.Thanks

Hi, what version of eZPublish are you using?  Are there any other problems with this installation?  How many languages are there already?  Is there anything in the <ezroot>/var/log  or apache logfiles that could indicate what the problem is?

Humm... can't say it doesn't work here.

I've looked at the code a bit, and see nothing wrong. Adding a language will clear all caches, but doesn't try to like mass update all content or something. The only potentially suspicious one is the LOCK that is done on the database tables. Can you maybe check MySQL's status while things are blocked ?

I'm using 4.3.0. I maintain some sites that the same version but they still able to add new translation. It just a simple action. But I can't do on this site. It just has one language.

I have checked it the log. And no potential issues. Because I have a couple of site that not have this issue to compare. Some site logs don't have anything. (it happens on some site my in charge). Do you know a way to check which user need to chang ower to folder /var/log?

Thanks,

Chinh

mysql> show table status like 'ezcontent_language';

I found out this. How do I solve this?

| Info

| 6981131 | ezp | 172.20.0.131:49513 | westhousehotelnewyork_4_3_0 | Query | 66 | Locked | SELECT id FROM ezcontent_language WHERE id='4'

Many Thanks,

Chinh
