Install missing extensions when using ezpublish-community git install

The git ezpublish-community when installed is missing extension that the downloadable tarball includes such as ezfind.
What is the best way to install these?  Is there an easy way just to add them to composer?

I found these composer packages that do the trick for some of them.  Not sure if this is the "proper" way to do it.  Perhaps there will be bundles shortly with he legacy extensions in them so they can be installed via the installLegacyBundlesExtensions script during composer install/update.
