Protected Area on 4.2 ezflow

Hi,

All seems well except when I go to login with my user details it comes back saying

"Access Denied
You do not have access to eng"

What's solution to this? I'm confused...

Hello !

- Are you sure you've mapped your role with your user group ? You can check that by clicking on your user group and see the roles tab.

- Are you sure the user you try to use to connect is in the user group ?

The role is definitely mapped to the user group

this is the actual error... is it something in the configuration site ini maybe?

"You are not allowed to access eng." means that you don't have access to the siteaccess eng.

You should check which user role are mapped to your group and check that you have the following policy :

user / login : eng
