Intranet Sésame -
In the beginning of 2011, Electricité de Strasbourg asked Novactive to recast its intranet Sésame. Sésame is used by all of the ES Group employees, each branch creates its own space: Human Resources, Communication…
Novactive made a more flexible interface and brought new functionalities: complete color customization of the graphic environment, video management, possibility to comment, and the digitization of the internal magazine named Passerelle. The front-office is now completely flexible.
Novactive made the installation and the launching of the Sésame intranet on the internal servers of ES company.

Second only to EDF regarding distribution of electricity in France, Electricity of Strasbourg chose Novactive for the creation of a website belonging to the Electricity Retail branch. The website ES Reseaux is organized by user spaces and offers an easy and quick access to the information for all of the profiles. The CMS eZ Publish allows the ESR Communication Service to autonomously manage all of its content.
Regional Innovation Portal in Alsace, Franche-Comté and Limousin - http://www.innover-en-alsace.eu
These portals, co-production between Oseo and the different French Regions, associate all the economic partners of the territories. The aim is to promote and support innovation and innovative companies in these areas.
Websites offer practical information, news, contacts, online services and guidelines to young companies and enterprisers. Several advanced functionalities were developed, such as Search engines, user directories, dynamics imports of contents from external sources (XML), etc. Novactive developed 3 specific and personalized versions for the 3 Regional partners.

Approached by UFC Que Choisir for its eZ Publish expertise, Novactive intervened at the end of the development of the initial project in order to check and stabilize the website. After the launching phase, UFC handed over the site to Novactive for the complete webmastering of the site, and many other developments (version migration, SSO, Newsletter, etc).

OPCA from Social Economy, Uniformation entrusted Novactive to create their user portal in 2007.
The site is organized by user space and offers comprehensive information on vocational training in the sector of Social Economy. A navigation assistant guides users to content that interests them: training facilities, funding, News, Forms, etc.. Multiple modules of this site provide portals which service (memberships, simulations etc…).
In 2010, a management solution for the Newsletters was created for the site, supplemented by an e-zine with event-specific content (new site access from the main site).
SwissLife Banque - http://www.swisslifebanque.fr
As a subsidiary of the Swiss insurance company SwissLife, the Private Bank of the Group, handles assets of many professionals and individuals. The mission of Novactive was to develop the website SwissLife Banque with the eZ Publish solution. Novactive’s work was based on the graphic chart imposed by the major company in Switzerland.
The project differed from the others by a very short planning, and by a huge planning of training. Indeed, for this project, Novactive trained contributors, development teams and system administration teams.
SwissLine Intra/Extranet website -
In re-organizing all of its websites, SwissLife chose Novactive for the creation of an intranet portal designated to the go-between and the sales hierarchy. SwissLife chose the Ez Publish solution to replace the initial content management solution, it was judged not progressive enough and too difficult to use.
The migration of the website to eZ Publish was followed by a complete ergonomic, graphic and functional recast in order to respond to the needs of the different targets. Among the new functionalities: a specific search engine, differentiated contents by audience and by authorization with a definite rights management, direct access, internal module for ordering brochures, and a customization of the back-office.

The Maison des Examen is in charge of the organization, the running and the welcoming of the French general exams and some competitive examinations. Winner of the invitation to tender launched by the SIEC, Novactive recasted the Maison des Examens website (ergonomically, editorially and functionally). Developed with the eZ Publish solution, the website has a general search engine (eZ Find extension) and a search engine for the research of faceted documents, a dynamic FAQ, a personalized back-office…
The website integrates a Service Online application (request of documents) and allows to import many documents and to handle them in the arborescence. The consultation of the website is also possible on mobile devices.
At last, the Maison des Examens platform fulfils the SIEC security issues.

With a total of 2,5 million pages seen per month and more than 400 000 unique visitors, these websites are for French health professionals and for hospital public service members. In 2011, FHF wanted to recast graphically and ergonomically the FHF websites. After consultation, FHF chose Novactive and the eZ Publish solution for the HTML integration, the graphic chart, and the creation of new functions: quiz and survey modules, front-office edition, etc. The webmastering of the websites is also done by Novactive.

Hammerson France is a British company which manages major malls, including Italie2, Bercy2, Espace St Quentin, O’Parinor, 3 Fontaines, Place des Halles, Villebon2 and Grand Maine.
In 2010, Hammerson France chose eZ Publish for the remodeling of its Shopping centers’ sites, and had elected Novactive as its copartner for this major project. Thus, Novactive which has also directed the design and the sites’ content, has deployed an eZ Publish 4.3 platform as well as 8 Site-Access for each shopping center.
In parallel with this complete overhaul, our agency is implementing a dedicated team, providing content editing, regular Webmastering, and performing many traffic development operations (e-mailings, contests, SMS, and more).

Major daily newspaper in the central regions of France, La Nouvelle République du Centre-Ouest made its website as the center of its development strategy. The open-source Content Management eZ Publish has been chosen for its optimal scalability Novactive developed this website in mixing all the latest technologies in order to meet the challenge: the newspaper is generated online every morning with more than 1000 articles issued from the paper version, not to mention all sporting results, the FPA news, the cinema program of 5 French departments, the weather… More than 80 journalists work with a simplified back-office, developed specially for the Nouvelle Republique. Entirely located at the city scale, this website has a high traffic.

Oseo, public organization resulting from the merger between Anvar, the SMEs’ Bank, and the SMEs’ Agency, has the mission to make the development of the French SMEs easier in guarantying or co-financing their own funds, and in helping the innovation.
Created in 2005, the oseo.fr website presents the EPIC and news about innovation. The portal also offers an access to many services online.
Beyond the portal, Novactive, in using the eZ Publish multi-websites capacity, developed a real website factory in order to create rapidly and lesser costs, products websites or thematic websites depending on current events.

Run by the OPCA Fafiec, the new webzine “Objectif Carrière” offers extensive information on professional training and regionalized content. News articles and topics more in depth are illustrated by a large number of multimedia documents (sound/video podcasts). Contribution features, sharing tools for Twitter, Facebook and Viadeo, and a complete newsletter module are also available. A specific and dedicated back-office, allows the OPCA’s regional offices to administrate local events and seminars registrations.

The OSEO community website is designed for the 1000 best and most promising companies of its client portfolio. Due to the fact that this site is in high demand and highly trafficked, this website had to act as a social network, equipped with a powerful search tool (eZ Find extension), electronic mail service, forums, monthly poll and on the fly video converting to name a few.
Intranet of Mairie de Bobigny - restricted access
Actively involved to communicate and interact via the Internet with its citizens, the town of Bobigny offers a modern and convivial website for its staff. Built on the eZFlow extension, the intranet is entirely manageable by the communication office. Internal information is dynamically accessible with some specific functionalities such as an online calendar and a telephone directory.
Accessibility and W3C conformity have particularly been taken into account.

The Fédération Hospitalière de France (FHF) is the editor of the project www.hopital.fr.
This website provides generic information on the hospital environment and is visited by more than 250 000 unique visitors per month. As a certified eZ Publish partner, Novactive has been chosen for the technical recasting of the website (creation of a new video section, a medical encyclopedia, a complete newsletter module, etc.), and for the development of iPhone and Android applications.

The French road industry union (USIRF), federates manufacturers and agencies of the road industry. Aimed at markets in North Africa / Middle East, the www.ajidoo.tn site specialised in price comparison on and offline, and web promotional offers referencing.
Developed in eZ Publish by Novactive, the website allows consumers to compare products’ prices amongst 20 reference supermarket chains, but also the characteristics of products in a similar category. Among the other features available : a supermarket chains’ directory, shopping guides, compared shopping carts...

The "Syndicat des Eaux d’Ile-De-France" (SEDIF) communicates to schools and parents tosensibilise children / increase children awareness about the sustainable development and the protection of water. The communication agency Junium and Novactive joined to implement a big contest, with online contribution for primary school classes of 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades.The website offers educational files, quiz, and a collaborative workspace for the competing classes.

This website allows any subscriber to set up once for all his / her profile in order to benefit from a single sign-on access to several OSEO extranets and services in eZpublish.
This service synchronizes the eZpublish users of each online OSEO service in real time.
It provides different tools : bookmarks management, e-mails and contacts reminders, Newsletters and e-mail alerts subscription, etc. Novactive has designed and developed this project, and has supervised its global implementation by OSEO’s eZpublish providers.
