This could of course be part of your extension, but it could also be part of core kernel..
But it's not, and it's cool that it has been shared so we can look for use cases for what kind of system info API's to consider for eZ Publish 5.

I think I need some kernel change(just add some debug info) first. Request coming soon..
My thought is that, first the kernel should provide some debug info, filtered by like "content-action". If the monitoring is enabled and the thread number arrives in a level, it will report information of "the action of business logic, and requested uri".. Those info should be helpful to analysis the reason..
