Re-organization of team-work

Joe: Good experience with Redmine. Very similar to JIRA.

Andre: JIRa used extensively at Engineering, working pretty fine. If needs are specified correctly, JIRA could be used/set-up quickly (assuming the needs are simple).

Gilles: JIRA quick to setup, with simple initial set-up.

Gaetano: such projects like improving the community platforms could benefit from having open project tracking tools.

Joe: expand our community to Symfony community via code contributions. Github might come into play.

GG: Need to track progress of tasks in for instance JIRA

Create a open JIRA (key: CPB) project for high level tasks(?) for the community project board, first tasks to insert in backlog: connected confluence project for doc? (or do we use only?)

Action [André]: set-up a simple JIRA tracker for the board.

[All] Fill in with backlog of unfinished tasks from last term

Picking the next (two) project(s) to focus on
