Topics to be added to agenda?

  • no

Next meeting

  • TBD, Doodle

1 - eZ Platform - Legacy

We have a few volunteers, see

Next up: define actions

  • Invite/onboard volunteers (Robin)
  • Repository (Robin/Bertrand/Carlos)
  • Access to repository for volunteers (Bertrand/Carlos)
  • Start initial build (Carlos/Edi/etc)
  • Slack channel?

Carlos is willing to take on a coordinating role (between eZ and the volunteers), so we can keep this going outside the board.

Ivo: select members before we provide access. Robin and/or Carlos will follow up on this.

2 - Status/improvement

In our previous meeting we discussed the new developer hub, and what this means for will be kept in place for legacy content, all developer related content for eZ Platform will live on

We came to the conclusion there are still some areas/content on which can be removed or updates.

Can we define actions for this?

For example, each board meeting we select 2 or 3 items to update, and Robin and/or Sylvain tackle this.

Ivo: everyone takes a look at in the next two/three weeks, and we discuss all lists in the next meeting. Sebastien: google docs spreadsheet.

What is on Sylvain’s schedule to change on

Nothing scheduled for the next few months. phase 1, downloads, phase 2, blog. Phase 3, bundles.

Other notes:

Ivo: there are also bundles for eZ Publish 5, which also work on eZ Platform. We would need to see where we list those.

Sylvain: we also have a forum; eZ Publish Platform. What to do with this, similar to the bundles?

Ivo: bundles which rely on legacy, should not be on, they basically are made for ez Publish 5.
