It was a busy week in the eZ Ecosystem, as eZ Systems attended Symfony Live Paris, our mascot Pulley visited the Brooklyn office for an interview, and Netgen prepared for Web Summer Camp.

Week 14 in Review

Meet our mascot, Pulley!

eZ’s Brooklyn office had a special guest this week. An Ibex Mountain goat named Pulley, wearing a t-shirt with the slogan "I’m not afraid to commit."The goat walked in for an interview with David Kross, Director of Marketing at eZ. How did Pulley become our mascot? Rumor has it, Pulley also developed websites and apps. Get to know our mascot, by reading the full interview.

Introducing Web Summer Camp 2016

For the fifth year in a row, Netgen is organizing a Community event. And as they so well put it in their blog, this is “the biggest unofficial gathering of the eZ community.” And as they are adding the topic of web design to the event, this is now re-branded to Web Summer Camp.

A call for papers was also announced, for the topics PHP and eZ Publish. You can submit your proposals before April 24. Make sure to follow @WebSummerCamp on Twitter for updates on the upcoming event.
