Late last year a i started a promising collaboration with Robin Teigland, Paul di Gangi, Bjørn-Tore Flåten and Elia Giovacchini on the User-Organization relationship in Private-Collective Communities. It might sound a bit academic, but the overarching idea for us as a Community was to identify tracks of improvement. After a first delivery of results based on an initial survey, find below the analysis of the second phase : the interviews round.

I would like to thank you all for your participation in the course of this research. The objective of this collaboration is to make the eZ Community a better place, fluff-talk apart. Every step in this collaboration helps identify the current blockers, tracks of improvements, so every single member can express himself fully, face no shortage of usefulness when wiring-in, and in turn become an ambassador of eZ Publish.

Here is a special word from the research team :

"One of the clear observations across all members of the community was the strong dedication and interest in seeing the community thrive and grow.  We appreciate the willingness of those who participated to share this passion with us and hope that our findings will be helpful in making eZ and the eZ Publish community a faster, harder, and stronger place to be !"

Please find below the key findings of the second round of research : the interviews. Feel free to share your feedback as comments below, the research team is eager for more feedback !
