Here's a nice sample I found, but I don't remenber where, you can use when developing your eZ publish site.

If you are creating an extension you can create a site.ini.append.php file with this settings, otherwise you can modify the settings/override/site.ini.append.php file:

[ContentSettings]
ViewCaching=disabled

[DebugSettings]
Debug=inline
DebugOutput=enabled
DebugRedirection=disabled

[OverrideSettings]
Cache=disabled

[TemplateSettings]
ShowXHTMLCode=disabled
ShowUsedTemplates=enabled
TemplateCompile=disabled
TemplateCache=disabled
DevelopmentMode=enabled
