Hello,
I want to know how to auto start Solr when you restart or (stop/start) Apache web server and this without doing it manually?
Thank you in advance,

V4Vendetta.

You have a shell script in the ezfind extension that you can use to start/stop solr. Normal procedure is to copy or symlink it into /etc/init.d, edit it to make sure it points correctly to the solr installation directory, and use it to manage solr as an independent service.

If you want to have a single service that starts/stops both solr and apache at the same time, just create a shell script that manages both services:

service apache start
service solr start

Yes, Gaetano is correct.
You can see sample scripts under 'extension/ezfind/bin/scripts/'.
