CJW Newsletter

Monday 29 June 2015 3:56:01 pm - 2 replies

My version: ezpublish version 2014.07 with the symfony2 frontend stack.

I want to know if it's possible to have multi newsletters models using CJW Newsletter ?

For example:I want a newsletter with "title", "content" attrbiutes and another one with "url", "picture", how can I do it please ?

If anyone have an issue, thanks

Hi Patrick

I've just started working on a new install of this behind symfony as well. I'm sure what your asking would be possible, probably the easier way (less custom code work) would be to add all four attributes to the same CJW Newsletter Article class but don't make them compulsory.

Like most eZ thing its highly customisable if you put the work in.

Hi Patrick,

our prefered way - use the base cjw newsletter edtion class and create new childobjects which contains the content. in your skin templates you can do different fetches

So you are very flexible.
