Fetch - Content - Search (MariaDB)

is it possible that something like:

    {def $search=fetch('content', 'search', hash('text', ezhttp('zipcode', 'get'),
                                                                  'class_id', array( '65' ),
                                                                  'subtree_array', array('578'),
                                                                  'class_attribute_id', array('536'))) }

do not work on a mariadb database?

Hi Dirk,

sorry, i dont know the MariaDB, but it sounds strange that it cannot understand that query.

I would suggest to turn on the Debug, that you can see the SQL statement.
Then try to request the same statement in a MariaDB included shell or workbench.
That should mention if the query is not compatible.

personal opinion: the sql generated by the search engine is not the most beautiful you'll ever see.

ezfind is just better in every way happy.gif Emoticon

but find the offending statement and well try to fix it

Thanks for your replies. Found some time today to debug the sql. And it's not a MariaDB problem. It's an indexing problem. Content is never been indexed, so it can't be found. Switched to solr and ezfind and now it's working as expected.

Thanks anyway...
