Hidden attribute is lost when importing object via package mechanism

Monday 28 July 2014 4:34:02 pm - 2 replies

Hey guys,

i didn't notice that before today, but i'm in ez4.5 and i found out that when exporting object via package and importing them by package, i lost the hidden attribute.

To resume, hidden object become visible after import.

Have you guys already seen that ? Do you have a solution ?

And i'm really surprised about this "bug".

Thank you

1. Are you sure the object you export is hidden by itself and not just by a parent?

2. how many objects does your package contain: one or more? If more, is the wrong one the top-one in the tree?

3. would you be able to test on a more recent version?

Hello Gaetano,

1) Yeah  i'm sure.

2) It's a tree of about 80 objects

3) There is no point to test it on a recent version, it has to work on this version.

When i look at the xml export, there is no attribute "hidden" anywhere. So i guess, it's not make for that.
