I have a problem with the search engine in ezpublish.

In the back office the search engine does not find some users.

I'm on ez publish 2012.8 with ezfind.

I tried to reindex content with :

php runcronjob.php -s gestion ezfindexcontent
php runcronjob.php -s gestion ezfoptimizeindex
php extension/ezfind/bin/php/updatesearchindexsolr.php -s gestion --php-exec=php --conc=2

but nothing change.

could you give some tips

Ciao Matthieu, have you tried with a full re-index?

php extension/ezfind/bin/php/updatesearchindexsolr.php -s gestion --php-exec=php --conc=2 --clean-all </span>

It's in progress.

Now i find the user account on the back office but not on the front (the most important)

the code used on the front is :

 $users=eZSearch::search($search.'*', array(
    'SearchContentClassAttributeID'=>9 //attribute name of the user

I think it would be a better way to use :

$test = eZFunctionHandler::execute('ezfind', 'search', array(
                'query' => $search,
                'class_id' => array('user'),
                'subtree_array' => array(80,41191,42683,43282,44718)

but I have no results

The code seems correct to me… Have you tried a "plain" query without the class_id and the subtree_array filter?

the fourth try to reindex with debug has succed.

php extension/ezfind/bin/php/updatesearchindexsolr.php -s gestion --php-exec=php --conc=2

was my solution but in my case I have many errors.

Thanks for helping blunk.gif Emoticon
