URL Alias with Parameters

URL Alias with Parameters

Wednesday 04 September 2013 8:10:57 pm - 1 reply

I was wondering if there was a way to create a URL alias that would redirect to a URL that contains parameters the page will then use. For example:

Alias: www.example.com/toys

Redirect www.examples.com/view/(products)/toys

My view page takes the parameter products and uses that to determine what to display on the page.

I'm guessing I could use apache rewrite rules for this I was hoping for something in the admin interface so our content administrators could handle these request directly.
