Introduction
Our licenses for PhpStorm from Jetbrains are up for renewal. The licenses will expire on August 6th. We expect to get less licenses this year. This means we might need to redistribute those we have available for the community.

Update: we will get 15 free licenses for one year (no renewal afterwards). Our old licenses will expire on August 6.
