cjw_newsletter ezhttp post variables

Hi all,

I posted this trouble on too.

We have migrated with to a new hoster and I have trouble getting cjw_newsletter working as before. While newsletter/preview is working newsletter/send leads to the error message "object it not found". I have tried to trace down the problem for sending test emails:

1. in cjw_newsletter_edition_send_testmail.tpl the variables ContentNodeID and others are set

2. in send.php the post variable is called with $http->hasVariable('ContentNodeID')

3. when adding eZDebug::writeDebug($http->hasVariable('ContentNodeID'), 'ContentNodeID'); I get nothing, so I assume the variable is empty and thus the problem

For any hints on this problem I would be very grateful.

Best wishes from Mali

Hi Sebastian,

this is strage - if you only move to a new server and something does not work ... i think this a configuration issue of the server ...

We are in contact by email. When we find the solution we can post the solution here.

the error mentioned above could be traced back to a faulty Extension. I presume trailing blanks in the ini-Settings. I want to mention the following one-liner here as being very useful for deleting all trailing blanks in php-files:

 find . -name '*.php' -exec sed -i 's/[[:blank:]]*$//g' '{}' \;

Sorry for the trouble. I will try to trace down the error and further report.

Best wishes from Bamako
