Have you tried to regenerate autoloads for your extensions ?

$ cd /var/www/http
$ php bin/php/ezpgenerateautoloads.php -e

And by the way, I guess that this extension is not maintened anymore... You should have a look at CJW Newsletter.

Furthermore, I will suggest that you upgrade your eZ Publish version blunk.gif Emoticon

 I installed the extension CJW Newsletter, but would you have the installation and implementation in French.

Franck,

the lines

$ cd /var/www/http
$ php bin/php/ezpgenerateautoloads.php -e

means that you might probably need to regenerate autoloads (this is commonly needed each time you install a new extension or create a new php class). To do so, you need to open a terminal with ssh, log in on the webserver where your eZ Publish is installed, and then type these 2 lines (without '$ '). But if you do not understand or are not familiar with running such shell commands or use a Linux environment, I'll suggest that you get helped by someone else because you will get lost very fast.

Regarding the CJW Newsletter extension, there is an INSTALL file where the install procedure is detailed. I've already installed this extension and it's not that complicated.

Hope this helps.
