Changes made to the priority of sub items don't get saved

Monday 30 September 2013 3:32:06 pm - 3 replies

I have an issue with sorting items in the Sub Items table in eZ Publish. When I click on the number and then click another place on the page, a grey div (that prevents me from making any additional changes in the table) is displayed in front of the table. Regardless of whether I changed the number or not, the information in the table does not change.

A screenshot of how this looks with the grey div can be viewed here: http://snag.gy/H5ck5.jpg

DevTools shows me that the gray div is the yui-dt-mask. I tried removing this from the source code, with the result that I could now make changes in the table, but the changes don't get saved. I have tried everything I could think of (like updating the ezjscore extension) to no avail, and there doesn't seem to be anyone else who has had the same problem, so I hope someone here can help me with this!

(The installation is Community Project 2012.4.)

Is the ordering set to priority?

There's an ordering button in the block above the sub items table.

Thank you for your reply! The ordering was set to Name. I tried changing it to Priority: Ascending, but unfortunately that didn't change anything.

After changing the ordering and assigning some priorities, did you clear the template and content caches?
