eZ 2013.6 on Ubuntu / nginx - HTTP Cache problem

Hi there,

I do have some problems using eZ 2013.6 on Ubuntu / nginx. The problem is the HTTP Cache of symphony, I guess. When I do open a prod env page I do get this error:

---
Fatal error: Call to undefined method EzPublishKernel::generateUserHash() in xyz/vendor/ezsystems/ezpublish-kernel/eZ/Bundle/EzPublishCoreBundle/HttpCache.php on line 34

503 Service Unavailable
---

The dev env is working correctly.

If I uncomment these lines in my web/index.php the prod env is also working.

---
// Load HTTP Cache ...
if ( $useHttpCache )
{
        $kernel = new EzPublishCache( $kernel );
}
---

So it must be something HTTP Cache is involved in. But spending hours on figuring out why this happens, didn't bring me on the right track, so far.

So any help appreciated.

Dirk

Hi Dirk

What you mention is part of the "context aware Http caching" which comes with 2013.07... So I guess you did a Composer update somehow, but without reading the upgrade doc : https://github.com/ezsystems/ezpu...community/blob/master/UPGRADE-5.2.md blunk.gif Emoticon

Hello Jérôme,

that did the trick.

Thank you so much.

Dirk
