"No Data" issue with subitems in admin with [Community Project 2011.12]

Hi there,

I still have trouble with "No Data" error while loading subitems in admin.

I've read a lot of topics about that, related to CGI mode. I tried ezsys.php patches, htaccess rules, yui changes and a lot of things but this still doesn't work.

I have no JS errors while loading.

Anyone for an idea ? :S

Thanks,

hi,

i got once this error, while loading the user objects in admin (user tab).

i found, that one of the users object didn't have a creator user (because i deleted the user) and ezjscore tried to fetch the creator (this throw the error)

so i added in the database a new creator user for the objects without creators, then works.

i hope, this helps you

cheers

Hi,

I think that the issue mentioned by Juan Pablo has been fixed already in a version before 2011.12

Others reasons can be related to :

  • apache rewrite rules
  • index_ajax.php not present at DocumentRoot (just symlink it to extension/ezjscore/index_ajax.php)
  • autoloads generation (I've faced this case sometimes)

Hope this helps.

Cheers

Maybe you have to add this in the settings + rewrite ruels:

[SiteAccessSettings]
ForceVirtualHost=true

Hi there,

Thanks for your help, here is a few more informations :

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

index_ajax.php added as symlink on site root

ln -s /extension/ezjscore/index_ajax.php index_ajax.php

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Here is my .htaccess content

RewriteEngine On
RewriteRule ^var/storage/.* - [L]
RewriteRule ^var/[^/]+/storage/.* - [L]
RewriteRule ^var/cache/(texttoimage|public)/.* - [L]
RewriteRule ^var/[^/]+/cache/(texttoimage|public)/.* - [L]
RewriteRule ^design/[^/]+/(stylesheets|images|lib|javascript)/.* - [L]
RewriteRule ^share/icons/.* - [L]
RewriteRule ^sitemaps/.* - [L]
RewriteRule ^extension/[^/]+/design/[^/]+/(stylesheets|images|lib|javascript)/.* - [L]
RewriteRule ^extension/tracewatch/.* - [L]
RewriteRule ^packages/styles/.+/(stylesheets|images|lib|javascript)/[^/]+/.* - [L]
RewriteCond $1 !^index.php?$
RewriteRule (.*) /index.php?
RewriteRule ^/var/[^/]+/cache/public/.* - [L]
RewriteRule ^/var/([^/]+/)?cache/public/.* - [L]

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

ForceVirtualHost=true

is already here in site.ini

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Autoloads array has been regenerated

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

After that, this is still not loading.
Any other ideas ? Maybe this is directly linked to the CGI php mode.

Thanks again for your help,

Did you check the response from your webserver ( e.g. with firebug ) on the ajax requests ? Are you getting a 404 ? 500 ?

I usually dont ln to index_ajax.php but copy it instead. Did you try it ?
