Image gallery thumbnail & preview sizes?

Image gallery thumbnail & preview sizes?

Thursday 18 March 2010 8:55:26 am - 3 replies

How do I adjust the thumbnail and large (preview) image sizes in image gallery? I would like to slightly enlarge the thumbnails, and thumbnail images.

From where could I find the files which contains the parametres that affect the whole sites galleries.

Hi, have a look at:

settings/siteaccess/yoursiteaccess/image.ini.append.php

You can also modify the ini settings using the admin interface:

Setup > Ini settings > Select your site access > Select ini file > edit

Thanks for your help. Now I found what I'm looking for.

I am fairly new EZ-user and one thing I do not understand in this issue. I tried to make the thumbnail size setting in here:
settings/siteaccess/myprojectname/image.ini.append.php
but it did not have any effect.

Then I made the thumbnail size setting in here:
settings/siteaccess/eng/image.ini.append.php
and now it work fine.

My site has only one language (English). So why here is the "eng" -directory and the "myprojectname" -directory? If settings will allways made to "eng" -directory so what for is needed "myprojectname" -directory?

I'm sorry if this my question is stupid blunk.gif Emoticon

Hi,

Check your settings/override/site.ini.append.php the configuration for [SiteSettings] and [SiteAccessSettings]. Set your DefaultAccess. You can remove the SiteList[] and AvailableSiteAccessList[] items as well as the respective siteaccess directories that you don't need.
